Fresh Take Healthy Meal Initiative
Fresh Take is a prepared meals program catered toward underserved populations in the Buffalo area. Meals are brought to you by Buffalo Go Green, Inc., in partnership with Buffalo Bills legend Jon Corto and his wife Jen’s company, Buffalo Strive Vending. The inner city of Buffalo has been disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, largely due to preexisting health conditions resulting from a history of marginalization. Our team has come together to help eradicate this injustice. Our goal is to increase the health of the residents of Buffalo using nutrition and education. Overall, we strive to better our community and provide tasty, nutritious, and fresh food. Stay fresh with Fresh Take!

Feeding those in need.
Along with private, government, and nonprofit partners, Buffalo Go Green is developing and delivering thousands of fully cooked, culturally appropriate, nutritious meals to those who need them in the Buffalo community.

Supporting local farmers.
All ingredients are sourced from local rural and urban farms and farmers and artisans of color, allowing us to support local growers with orders above what they would normally receive.
